Over the three years the retreat has been open we have had many wonderful reveiws from our guests. Guests who have traveled from overseas and locally and have said the nicest things about us, here are just some.
‘Could there be a more perfect B&B? We think not. We came to the Mornington Pennisula for a romantic getaway and wine tasting this weekend. Arriving here, we were greeted by the lovely Dot, we instantly fell in love with the retreat! Dot is the most delightful host, we were very impressed by her attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The retreat has been kept immaculately, and is beautifully presented. We loved our stay, Thank you!

‘Dot was a great host, and her space is just lovely. Can’t recommend it enough as a base for a Mornington getaway. Close to the best wineries. The beach is within walking distance. Dot made us feel so welcome, providing hot treats on our arrival, and quality breakfast enough for each morning. A bottle of moscato too. Amazing spacious bathroom with direct views of the ocean. Extra towels, bath robes (handy at the spa!), heated towel rack. Highly recommended.’
‘We enjoyed a magical few days at the McCrae Lighthouse Retreat. Just a short drive from Melbourne, we found the place easily and were greeted by our lovely host. Dot went well and truly above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The accommodation is even better than the photos, the wine and added extras made our stay extra special.
